The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
- Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
- Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the Integrative Behavioral Health Services team at a respected facility in Santa Rosa, CA.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a diverse community while enjoying flexibility and potential for long-term placement.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional evenings/Saturdays)
- Part-Time Option: Minimum 3 days/week
- Contract Length: 6 months to start – potential temp-to-perm
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hybrid Option: Available after training period
- Travel Weekly Pay: $3,404/week
- Includes: $1,150 Taxable Income + $2,244 Stipends
- Local Pay rate – $70/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health screenings and evidence-based psychotherapy
- Collaborate with primary care providers to improve patient outcomes
- Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy
- Facilitate referrals and participate in warm handoffs and urgent evaluations
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case management
Qualifications:
- Licensed in California as LCSW or LMFT
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Experience in community health and working with multicultural populations, especially Latino communities
- Familiarity with EPIC systems or willingness to learn
