Pay: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group behavior support
- Implement ABA strategies to encourage positive behaviors
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
- Support students in building independence and confidence
- Collaborate with school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in behavior intervention or education (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for working with children and making a difference
