Behavioral Technician – School Setting
Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Hours
Pay: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or school psychologist
- Support students with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges in classroom and small group settings
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure consistent support strategies
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
- Promote positive behavior and social skills through modeling and reinforcement
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
