Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Hybrid Role | $60/hr | Burleson, TX | Full-Time or Part-Time

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school in Burleson, TX for the 2025–2026 school year. This hybrid role offers flexibility: part-time on-site therapy services combined with remote evaluations. Due to a high volume of pending assessments, this can easily be structured as a full-time position.

Position Overview

Location: Elementary campus, Burleson, TX
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: May 29, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (up to 37 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $60/hour
Modality: Hybrid – in-person therapy + remote evaluations
Interview Format: Virtual or in-person
Caseload: 30 students
Support: Collaborative evaluator team

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students
Conduct evaluations (SLP-specific) remotely or on-site
Collaborate with district staff and fellow evaluators
Maintain documentation and compliance with IEP goals and district standards

Minimum Requirements

Valid Texas SLP license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
School-based experience preferred
CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
