Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support K–8 students in a resource setting in Casa Grande, Arizona. This in-person role begins ASAP and runs for 9 months. Specific grade-level assignments will be discussed during the interview process. The teacher will work collaboratively with general education staff and provide individualized instruction and case management under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator.

Position Overview

• Location: Casa Grande, AZ

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

• Pay Rate: $48–$52/hr

• Grade Levels: K–8 (resource setting)

• Modality: In-person only

• Interview Format: Virtual or in-person

Responsibilities

• Deliver special instruction and tutorial support to students with IEPs

• Collaborate with general education staff to implement inclusive practices

• Provide case management and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in team planning and student program development

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate (Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education)

• One year of teaching experience (preferred)

• CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
