Caregiver – Direct Support Personnel

Location: Belmont, Plymouth, and Laconia, New Hampshire

Setting: Group Home (No driving required during shift)

Pay: Starting at $22/hr with potential to earn more based on experience

We are hiring compassionate caregivers to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders in a group home setting. This role focuses on helping residents build interpersonal skills and complete activities of daily living, while following their Individual Service Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Promote independence and adaptive skill-building
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Follow guidance outlined in each resident’s Individual Service Plan

Schedule Options:

Sunday through Thursday
Tuesday through Saturday
One weekend day per week is REQUIRED

Shift Availability:

7:00am to 3:00pm
3:00pm to 11:00pm (Primary need)

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and active driver’s license
Must be at least 18 years of age
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
Ability to prioritize tasks and comply with professional standards
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
