Location: SierraVista, AZ
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, In-Person Only
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract Duration: ASAP– May 2026

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated SpeechLanguage Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team inSierra Vista, AZ. This role supports district-wide speech and language servicesunder the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. You’ll beworking with students across various campuses, providing treatment,documentation, and educational support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans.
• Conduct treatment sessions as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with educational staff to support student communication goals.
• Participate in clinical and educational activities within the scope of practice.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Minimum of 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience.
• Current SLPA certification/licensure in Arizona.
• Compliance with professional standards of practice.
• Preferred: 1+ year of SLPA experience.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable).
• Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
