- Supports multiple stakeholders on a range of systems (Including but not limited to VMS, eRecruit, MaxView, and others systems as necessary)
- Supports multiple Sunburst Job Families with all related systems and instituting process improvements
- Educates Sunburst users for system related changes, as well as process adoption
- Reeducates system users as needed
- Informs key stakeholders of potential issues related to errors and trends
- Facilitates problem solving and requirement gathering sessions with multiple departments
- Partners with Operation Support Manager and other related teams to solve complex issues
- Supports Operation Support Manager in implementing product strategy and roadmap
- Contributes to projects that will prevent questions, problems, and eventually support tickets
- Participates in system testing for current or potential VMS partnerships
- Pursues opportunities to improve process by fostering feedback loops, documenting and sending an agreed upon plan to all stakeholders
- Facilitates the adoption of new systems through support, communication and training
- Provides great customer service to our business partners
- Acts as a positive influence and role model on the team, contributes to team morale and success
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in the IT/Healthcare industry/staffing/recruiting or field support
- Ability to analyze system and process related issues and offer solutions
- Strong customer service and communication skills required
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency required and proficiency in Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office suite software programs, internet usage, and learning program design systems and software
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills
- Proficiency in the English language required
