The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits. The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools
- One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
•Preferred a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysisor related field such as Psychology or Special Education
•Experience working with students whose profiles require therapeutic supportand approaches. These students also need the most support in the areas ofsocial, emotional, behavioral aspects/goals.
•Board Certificated Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
•Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts (LABA) preferred, not required
•Evidence of completion of supervision requirements preferred, not required
•Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills necessary.
•Must be flexible and creative in order to be responsive to the changing needsof program.
