We’re hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 180-day school contract in Midwest Wisconsin, starting ASAP. This is a standout opportunity to support students in a well-organized, student-centered educational setting with high staff satisfaction and strong administrative support.

• Contract Length: 180 school days

• Start Date: Immediate

• Salary Range: $90,000–$98,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

?? Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language services aligned with IEP goals and district priorities

• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in eligibility meetings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Travel between school sites as needed (company vehicle provided)

• Participate in team meetings, peer mentoring, and district-level initiatives

? Candidate Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred

• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage caseloads independently while contributing to team goals
