?? Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Support students with diverse needs, including cognitive, behavioral, and developmental challenges
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student data
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Foster a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment

? Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin DPI license with appropriate Special Education endorsement
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience with inclusive practices, behavior management, and differentiated instruction
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to equity, student advocacy, and continuous professional growth
