??? Now Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) – Beloit, WI

2025–2026 School Year | September–June Up to $70/hour | Up to $2,700/week for travelers (50+ miles) 5 Openings | Building Assignments TBD

Amergis is seeking five licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support Beloit-area schools for the upcoming academic year. These full-time roles offer competitive compensation and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and learning outcomes.

?? Position Overview

SLPs will be placed in school buildings based on district needs (assignments finalized prior to start). Each role involves direct service delivery, collaboration with school teams, and participation in IEP processes.

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to students (individual and group)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Support students across a range of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, language, and social pragmatics

? Requirements

  • Valid Wisconsin DPI license with SLP endorsement
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt services to meet diverse student needs
