Hourly Rate: $20 Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available Location: Pasadena, California

?? About the Role

Join our dedicated team of educators and support staff in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for students. As a School Aide, you’ll play a vital role in assisting teachers, supervising students, and helping with day-to-day school operations.

?? Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson prep

• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions

• Support students with special needs in inclusive settings

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

• Perform light administrative tasks (e.g., filing, answering phones)

• Monitor hallways and ensure school-wide safety protocols are followed

?? Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to multitask and follow directions

• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing)

• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
