Physical Therapist – School-Based (Part-Time) | Mission Viejo, CA Start Date: September 3, 2025 | Duration: 36 Weeks Schedule: 3 Consistent Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day | 24 Hours/Week Pay Rate: $60/hour Modality: In-Person Only

We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide school-based therapy services in Mission Viejo, CA. This part-time role focuses on student evaluations, treatment implementation, and documentation in alignment with individualized plans of care and physician directives. The schedule offers flexibility—any three consistent weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for students

• Deliver therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and physician orders

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• Collaborate with educators, families, and school-based teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• One year of professional experience preferred

• Compliance with all professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
