Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Developmental Preschool Teacher to join our Special Education team. This full-time role involves leading a dynamic classroom of young learners aged 3–5, fostering growth through inclusive, play-based learning and individualized support. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture
Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to promote student success
Participate in case conferences and contribute to IEP development

Classroom Details:

Caseload: 24 students, ages 3–5
Schedule:
- Morning session: Younger students
- Afternoon session: Older preschoolers
- Fridays: No student instruction; teacher reports for planning and case conferences
Support Team: 3 adult classroom aides

Qualifications:

Valid teaching license with appropriate early childhood or special education endorsement
Experience working with preschool-aged children in inclusive or special education settings
Strong communication and collaboration skills
