LOA Coverage School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Lake Oswego, OR | $68/hr!

Pay:

• Local: $68/hr
• Travel: $38/hr + $35/hr Travel Stipend (Meals & Lodging)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Start Date: September 22, 2025
Duration: 6 weeks (anticipated end date: November 7, 2025; potential for extension)
Location: Lake Oswego, OR

Amergis is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave of absence coverage within the Lake Oswego School District. This full-time, in-person role supports elementary-aged students and involves managing a caseload of approximately 29 students.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations
• Provide therapy services per individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with school staff and families
• Case management for approximately 29 elementary students

Minimum Requirements

• Active Oregon SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract)
• Previous school-based experience highly preferred
• Ability to work in person for the duration of the assignment
• CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
