Pre-K Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026School Year!

Position Summary:
TheSpeech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performingstudent evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and thephysician’s orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students using standardized tools and observational methods.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings, targeting speech articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation, including therapy notes, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Consult and collaborate with educators and families to support classroom strategies, accommodations, and generalization of communication skills across settings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
