Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Educational Services 


 Starting Pay: $65/hour

Position Overview:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides behavioral consultation and training, conducts evaluations, and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral deficits. This role serves as a clinical teacher, guiding and supervising behavioral service delivery in school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff and caregivers
  • Supervise and support behavioral service delivery in educational settings
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain compliance with professional standards and documentation requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field
  • Preferred: Experience delivering behavior analytic services in school settings
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
