Starting Pay: $65/hour

Position Overview:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides behavioral consultation and training, conducts evaluations, and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral deficits. This role serves as a clinical teacher, guiding and supervising behavioral service delivery in school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide consultation and training to school staff and caregivers
- Supervise and support behavioral service delivery in educational settings
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with professional standards and documentation requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field
- Preferred: Experience delivering behavior analytic services in school settings
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
