?? Position Overview:

As an SLPA, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensedSpeech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech and languageservices to students. Your role will include clinical support, documentation,and direct treatment activities—all within the scope of care outlined by thesupervising SLP and/or physician.

?? Pay Rate:

$40–$45/hour (based on experience)

?? Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans
Support students in achieving communication goals
Document progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and other school staff
Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulations

? Minimum Requirements:

Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders
Completion of 100+ hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience
Current SLPA certification/licensure in the state of California
Familiarity with professional standards of practice
One (1) year of SLPA experience preferred
TB screening (PPD or chest x-ray, if applicable)
Current health certificate (as required by contract or state)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
