??? Schedule: Monday– Friday | School Hours

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or classroom support to students with academic and behavioral goals
• Follow IEP objectives in areas such as reading, math, speech, and life skills
• Assist with classroom activities, small group instruction, and social games
• Support students during lunch, recess, and community outings
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists (PT, OT, SLP), and behavioral staff
• Assist students with self-care routines (toileting, hygiene, dressing)
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed
• Help with clerical tasks such as copying, organizing materials, and scoring assignments

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and support students with diverse needs
• Computer proficiency preferred
• Ability to pass background screening and meet all local/state/federal requirements
• English fluency (verbal and written)
• Certification as required by state or client (if applicable)
