Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pay:
- Local: $70/hr
- Travel: $55/hr + $20/hr stipend (lodging & meals)
Position Overview:
Amergis is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students for the 2025–2026 school year. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language pathology services in accordance with student IEPs and school policies.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
- Provide training and support to school staff as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Meets education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Degree from an accredited school of Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- One year of prior professional experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification (if applicable).
- Completion of TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
- Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
