Location: SSH – Birmingham Unit
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours/Week: 48
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation:
- Local Rate: $48/hour
- Travel Rate: $2,270/week (over 50 miles)
*Base upon qualifying for position and allowances. Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.
The Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse provides planningand delivery of direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patientsin long-term acute settings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current RN license for the state in which the nursepractices in
- Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience.
- LTAC, ICU, Stepdown, or PCU experience required.
- Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required.
- Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care,cardiac, and stable post trauma patients
- EPIC EMR experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current prior to first shift)
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
