?? New Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity | Appleton Schools
Location: Appleton, WI
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Length: School Year
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No nights, weekends, or holidays)
Openings: 3 (Elementary Level)
Hours/Week: 2 Full-Time (40hrs/week), 1 Part-Time (35 hrs/week)
Compensation: $60–$65/hour (WeeklyPay) + Benefits
?? Position Overview
Join our team and serve Appleton area schools as a Speech-LanguagePathologist, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting student successthrough expert evaluation and therapy services. You’ll work closely withstudents, educators, and healthcare professionals to implement individualizedplans of care and ensure compliance with physician orders and educationalgoals.
? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct student evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement therapy services based on individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs.
- Document services and progress in accordance with school and medical standards.
- Participate in IEP development and meetings as needed.
?? MinimumRequirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in Wisconsin.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by contract).
- DPI Certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Master’s preferred).
- Current CPR certification (if applicable).
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable).
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience working as an SLP in a school setting preferred.
