School Psychologist – Central Point, OR

Position Type: Full-Time
Hours per Week: 40 
Duration: 2025–2026 School Year (with potential for extension)
Start Date: August 25, 2025
Location: Central Point, Oregon
Pay Rate: Local:$68/hr or $2,800/week

Travel: $40/hr + $30/hr (Lodging and Meal Stipend)

About the Role:
Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a passionate School Psychologist to provide in-person services in Central Point, OR. This role supports students facing mental health and developmental challenges and helps determine eligibility for additional support services. You’ll work on-site within the school district, collaborating with educators and families to promote student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and support implementation of IEPs
  • Provide counseling and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with school staff and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Oregon School Psychologist License (or ability to obtain)
  • Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred)
  • Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations (preferred)
  • CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation for travel
