??Contract Duration: 39 Weeks
??Schedule: Monday – Friday (Nonights, weekends, or holidays)
??Hours/Week: 40 Hours
??Compensation: $50–$52/hour (WeeklyPay) + Full Benefits
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be the heartbeat of amultidisciplinary team, guiding students through social work interventions withempathy and expertise. As a School Social Worker, you will play acrucial part in developing Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and IndividualizedEducation Programs (IEPs) to ensure every student receives the supportthey need to thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and develop IHPs and IEPs.
- Provide direct social work services to students and families.
- Support students in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Coordinate with school staff, counselors, psychologists, and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all professional standards and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing ethics and boundary training as required by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Holds a Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement (DPI Certification #50).
- May be required to have MSW or LCSW per state, contract, or facility.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
- Current CPR certification (if applicable).
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable).
- Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a recognized social service agency working with children and families.
- Training in school-related and/or social work settings.
- Experience coordinating with school teams including principals, counselors, psychologists, and support staff.

- Teachers and Support Staff
