Location: Washtenaw County, MI
Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $22/hour

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as School Aides, working closely with students who benefit from personalized instructional and behavioral support. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be a daily source of encouragement, stability, and growth for students with special needs.

?? What You’ll Do:

• Work 1-on-1 with students to support their academic and behavioral goals.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic activities as directed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive classroom experience.
• Be a positive role model and advocate for students’ success and well-being.

? What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (as required)
• Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
• Commitment to professional standards and ethical practices
