Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician’s orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract. 
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Essential Job Details:	Needing 2 SLPs for the 25/26 SY
Technical Skills Needed/Minimum Experience/Qualifications	– 1 year of experience as an SLP – Experience working with school aged children is preferred
Positions Available:	Looking for 2 SLPs, K-12
Start Date:	Beginning of School Year, approximately 8/25/2025
Location:	Portland, OR
Length of Contract:	9 months
Schedule:	M-F
Hours/Week (Paid/Unpaid Lunch):	37.5 hours
Position Details (Age group, Caseload, Duties):	Caseload is to be determined closer to the school year.  Positions will include covering leave of absences for full-time SLPs within the district.   SLPs should be open to working with multiple age group
