Amergis Staffing is hiringfor two travel Physical Therapist roles in Centralia,Washington. These are flexible 13–26 week contracts withfull-time schedules and competitive compensation.
Pediatric Inpatient PhysicalTherapist
- Setting: Inpatient pediatric facility (non-profit)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Experience: Pediatric experience preferred
- Local Pay: $70+/hr
- Travel Pay: $3,000+ weekly gross
- Completion Bonus: $500
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate families and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercises
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Home Health Adult PhysicalTherapist
- Setting: Adult home health
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Experience: Open to new grads
- Local Pay: $70+/hr
- Travel Pay: $3,000+ weekly gross
- Completion Bonus: $500
- Productivity Expectation: 26 points/week
- Software Used: OASIS & HomeCare Homebase
Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to adult patients in their homes
- Complete evaluations, develop care plans, and provide ongoing treatment
- Accurately document visits and progress using OASIS and HomeCare Homebase
- Meet weekly productivity standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Position Highlights

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
