Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Maple Valley, WA | $40/hr | School-Based

Amergis is seeking three experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support students in the Maple Valley. You’ll collaborate closely with a virtual Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality services across a 40-week school assignment.

Position Details:

• Start Date: September 15, 2025

• Schedule: 32 hours/week

• Duration: 40 weeks

• Pay: $40/hr

• Location: Maple Valley, WA

• Travel: None

Role Overview: Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will provide direct services to students, including treatment implementation, standardized assessments, and documentation in accordance with school-based therapy standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Washington

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• 1+ year of experience preferred

• Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB clearance and current health certificate (as required)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
