Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking two full-time Special Education Teachers to join for the 2025–2026 school year. These in-person roles span K–12 settings, with a focus on Mild/Moderate and potentially Mod/Severe (ESN) classrooms.

?? Position Highlights

  • Start Date: August 4, 2025

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (30-min unpaid lunch)

  • Weekly Hours: 37.5 paid hours

  • Duration: Full school year (190 workdays)

  • Caseload: Estimated 26–28 students (varies by assignment)

  • Classroom Setting: K–12, across multiple sites

  • Modality: In-person only

  • Interview Feedback: Within 48 hours

? Requirements

  • Valid California Teaching Credential with Mild/Mod or Mod/Severe authorization

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • 1+ year of teaching experience (preferred)

  • LBS1 endorsement (preferred)

  • CPR, TB clearance, and health certificate (as applicable)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Travel Package: Up to $2,680.50/week
