Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a school in Gardner, MA, currently seeking a Special Education Inclusion Teacher to support students at the High School level for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative high school setting focused on both academic and social-emotional growth.

Position Overview

As an Inclusion Teacher, you will support a caseload of approximately 15 high school students with social-emotional needs. Two blocks per day will be spent in an academic support classroom, helping students work toward academic and social-emotional goals. You will also co-teach in general education classrooms—primarily ELA, with the possibility of Math.

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 7:35 AM – 2:35 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: Up to $60/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and emotional support to inclusion students
• Co-teach in general education classrooms (ELA and possibly Math)
• Facilitate academic support blocks focused on individualized goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Monitor student progress and contribute to IEP development

Qualifications

• Active MA DESE Special Education license
• Experience supporting students with social-emotional needs
• Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
• Ability to work effectively in both inclusion and support settings
