Pay: $50-$53/hr (based on experience)
UBMD Neurology is seeking an RN for its busy infusion center at the outpatient clinic in downtown Buffalo at the Conventus Medical Office Building. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
Duties include providing and coordinating patient care, educate patients about various neurological health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and have a current NYS Registered Nurse license. Minimum of three (3) years of previous nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. Must have one (1) year infusion experience. One (1) year chemotherapy experience preferred. Current CPR Certification.

An infusion nurse administers medications and fluids intravenously (through an IV line, central line, or port). They are responsible for monitoring patients during infusions, managing potential side effects, and ensuring patient safety. This includes tasks like starting IVs, maintaining IV access, administering medications, and educating patients about their treatment
