Early Intervention Occupational Therapist – Yarmouth, MA

3-Month Contract to Start | Full-Time Schedule

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a school on the Cape, currently seeking a full-time Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to support children ages 0–3 through in-home and teletherapy services. This is a meaningful opportunity to work with families and young children in a supportive, team-based environment.

Position Overview

As an Early Intervention OT, you will partner with families to identify each child’s strengths and developmental needs, develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and provide therapeutic services in the home or via teletherapy. You’ll collaborate with a transdisciplinary team and oversee case management for your assigned caseload.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months to Start
Pay Rate: $55–$60/hr

Key Responsibilities

Conduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and support
Facilitate parent/child and/or child groups
Complete assessments, progress reports, IFSPs, and discharge summaries
Maintain communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies
Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team on service planning and delivery
Oversee case management and referrals

Qualifications

Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pediatric experience required
