?? Compensation & Schedule
- Total Contract Pay: $66,000
- Weekly Pay: Get paid every week—no waiting!
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Contract Length: 36 weeks
?? What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized and small group instruction tailored to students’ IEPs
- Support students across Cross-Categorical needs, including EBD (Emotional Behavioral Disabilities)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet diverse learning needs
? What We’re Looking For
- Fully licensed and certified in Special Education
- 2–3+ years of experience working with high school students in special education
- Experience supporting students with EBD and cross-categorical needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- A heart for advocacy and a mind for innovation
