We’re partnering with a school-based program in Visalia, California—a charming Central Valley town surrounded by national parks and sunshine—to find a passionate Traveling Physical Therapist ready to bring joy, healing, and creativity to children with chronic orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.
Why This Role Rocks:
- $3,100/week travel pay (includes $1,477 meals/housing stipend)
- 4-day workweek (36 hours/week, 4x9s schedule = long weekends!)
- 26-week assignment with potential to extend
- Scenic location near Sequoia National Park, perfect for weekend adventures

What You’ll Do:
- Turn therapy into play—using games, crafts, and movement to build strength and confidence
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and care teams to create holistic treatment plans
- Empower parents with tools and techniques to support their child’s progress
- Document with care, communicate with heart, and celebrate every milestone
What We’re Looking For:
- California PT license + current BLS certification
- Experience with children (preferred, but not required—we value passion and potential!)
- Reliable transportation (occasional travel to Porterville required)
- A therapist who leads with empathy, adapts with creativity, and shows up with purpose
