Instructional Aide (Mon-Fri School Hours)

School Aide – Special Needs Support

We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to support students with special needs in the classroom and beyond. As a School Aide, you’ll work closely with teachers and staff to help students who need extra instructional or behavioral support. You may also assist with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic needs under the guidance of health professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Help students with learning and behavior challenges

• Support students with physical or personal care needs

• Work under the supervision of special education staff and teachers

• Be a positive, encouraging presence for students every day

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with special needs students is strongly preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• CPR certification (if needed)

• TB test or chest x-ray (if needed)

• Health certificate (as required)

• Must meet all local, state, and federal guidelines
