Behavior Technician – Now Hiring

Service Areas: Walnut • Claremont • Covina • Pomona Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting children and adults with special needs through individualized behavioral and educational services.

Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

Provide direct support to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs
Implement personalized strategies to promote independence and skill development
Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals
Monitor progress and contribute to the refinement of care plans

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required)
At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)
Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Must be at least 18 years of age
