Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs

• Implement personalized strategies to promote independence and skill development

• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals

• Monitor progress and contribute to the refinement of care plans

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Must be at least 18 years of age
