• Initial Contact:
• Applicants are required to be called first. Do not just text or email.
• Voicemail Follow-Up:
• If an applicant is left a voicemail, send a follow-up text and email.

2. Multiple Position Owners:

• General Note: 
• NRM must put a general note indicating they are calling. They will give you a 10-minute hold to reach out and put your notes if the HCP answers.
• Reminder: 
• The general note does not hold ROE if the HCP applies to other positions that the hub does not own.

3. Unqualified Candidates:

• Marking Applications: 
• Any candidates that are not qualified must be marked as unqualified. If they are a nurse but don’t have the experience, still mark them as unqualified.
• Folder Group: 
• Change the folder group to “Restricted DNU | Unstaffed Skills | Unstaffed Skills.” If they qualify for another folder group, update accordingly

4. Matching Candidates: 

• If the candidate is qualified but there is no open position to match them to, match them to the evergreen posting to start onboarding. Positions will open within the next two weeks, which is the time it will take to onboard.

5. Reporting Issues: 

• If you see an NRM not call first, notify ROM immediately.
