Direct Support Professional (DSP) – On-Call | Behavioral Health

Schedule: 

Full-time, Sun – Thurs 8:00am – 4:30pm(40 hours)

Full-time, Tues – Sat 4:30pm – 12:00pm (40 hours)

Full-time, Friday – Mon 8:00am – 4:30pm(32 hours)

Part-time, Sun – Mon 4:30pm – 12:00pm(16 hours)

Length: 8 weeks 


Overview


Join our team in residential programs supporting adults with mental health conditions as they work toward greater independence.

Role Highlights

  • Provide supervision & daily living support (meals, hygiene, routines).
  • Encourage skill-building & participation in activities.
  • Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
  • Document observations & collaborate with care team.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health, group homes, or residential care preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Calm, patient, and respectful communication style.
  • Flexible for varied shift; team-oriented.
  • CPR/First Aid or CPI a plus
