As the School Nurse, you’ll play a vital role inpromoting student health and wellness, providing direct care, and collaboratingwith staff and families to ensure every child thrives. ?? Position Details:

Location: Lafayette, IN
School Type: K–8 Charter School
Student Population: ~200 students
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate openings available

?? KeyResponsibilities:

Deliver student care using the nursing process in accordance with physician orders and school policies
Provide health assessments, first aid, and emergency care
Monitor and manage chronic conditions and medication administration
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Support a safe and healthy school environment

? Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Licensed as an LPN in Indiana
Current CPR certification
PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation)
At least 1 year of professional experience (preferred)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
