- Deliver personalized instruction tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with general education staff to promote inclusive practices
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with families and support teams
- Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
? What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Valid Indiana teaching certificate (required)
- Experience working with students with special needs (preferred)
- Certifications such as LBS1, CPR, and health screenings (a plus)
