Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Part-Time)

Location: Lebanon, OH

Position Type: Part-Time (24–30 hours/week)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide on-site services on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of underserved populations, delivering high-quality care where it’s needed most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse and underserved patient population
• Manage 1 to 1.5 patients per hour, ensuring personalized and attentive care
• Collaborate with facility staff to support patient wellness and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards

Schedule:

• Weekdays only – no evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Flexible hours based on facility needs
• No on-call duties

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Ohio
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to serving underserved communities with compassion and excellence
