Join our dedicated team as a Special Education Teacher, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Under the guidance of the Special Education Program Administrator, you will deliver high-quality, individualized instruction and collaborate with general education staff to support inclusive learning environments.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ IEPs

• Provide tutorial support and academic interventions

• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure student success

• Participate actively in team planning and program implementation

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations

?? Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred)

• Valid state teaching certification in accordance with district and state requirements

• At least one year of teaching experience preferred

• Certification Types (preferred):

  • Standard Elementary Teaching

  • Standard Secondary Teaching

  • Standard Special Teaching

• Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) preferred

• Demonstrated adherence to professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening: questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (as required)

• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
