Join our team as a Behavior Technician and help support children and adults in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to create meaningful change in a collaborative and supportive environment—including within school settings where your impact will be felt daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral and educational support to individuals with special needs.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of behavioral specialists.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical teams to support progress toward learning and behavioral objectives.
- Work within school settings to support students during classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 1 year of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience (required)
- At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
- Experience working in school settings (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or old
