Behavior Technician- ABA Experience Required

Join our team as a Behavior Technician and help support children and adults in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to create meaningful change in a collaborative and supportive environment—including within school settings where your impact will be felt daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral and educational support to individuals with special needs.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of behavioral specialists.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical teams to support progress toward learning and behavioral objectives.
• Work within school settings to support students during classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 1 year of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience (required)
• At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
• Experience working in school settings (preferred)
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or old
