We are in need of aMD/DO to provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management services at afacility in Green Valley, Arizona seeing patients 18+. Please see detailsbelow:

Details:

• Setting: provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management at a clinic in Green Valley, AZ
• Schedule: M-F; (8am-5pm)
• Start: ASAP

Required:

• Active AZ state license
• Certifications: BLS, BC/BE, and DEA
• Open to candidates with 1-2 years minimum experience preferred

Compensation:

• Receive weekly paycheck
• 100% malpractice insurance covered
