Amergis Educational Staffingis partnered with a school in Falmouth, MA, seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered/CertifiedBehavior Technician to work in a High School with a 14-year-old male student.This is a contractual position for the 2025–2026 school year.

Location: Falmouth, MA
Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour
Start Date: September 4th, 2025
End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year
Schedule: 15 Hours / Week 
Contract Type: Full School Year
Requirements: RBT Certification 

Position Overview:
Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with a 14-year-oldmale student in the Therapeutic Learning Center. The RBT will follow a behaviorsupport plan and deliver academic content using discrete trial instruction. Thestudent uses assistive technology to communicate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior support plans under supervision
  • Support academic instruction using ABA principles
  • Utilize assistive technology for communication
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborating with school staff and BCBA supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  • Familiarity with ABA strategies and behavior support plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting

Supervision:
BCBA supervision will be provided.

    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable per state/contract) 
    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Two (2) years relevant experience preferred
    • One year relevant experience preferred
    • Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred  
    • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
    • Current CPR if applicable
    • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
    • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
    • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
