Start Date: Early September 2025 | 13-Week Contract

We’re seeking a highly skilled Oncology RN with triage experience for a travel assignment at a hospital-based Rapid Assessment Center in Palo Alto, California. This role supports the Oncology Rapid Assessment Center, providing fast-paced, front-line care to oncology patients requiring urgent evaluation and symptom management.

Position Highlights:

Location: Palo Alto, CA
Setting: Hospital – Oncology Rapid Assessment Center
Start Window: Early September 2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks, with potential for extension
Schedule: 4x10s (40 hours/week)
Shift: Day shift

Required Qualifications:

Active CA RN License
3+ years of Oncology RN experience
ONS Certification
BLS & ACLS – American Heart Association
EPIC experience
Previous travel RN experience
Strong triage experience in inpatient or outpatient oncology settings

This role involves rapid assessment and triage of oncology patients presenting with acute symptoms, coordinating care with providers, and ensuring timely interventions. The ideal candidate is confident in clinical decision-making, highly organized, and experienced in managing urgent oncology cases in a hospital setting.
