School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team. In this school-based role, you’ll work directly with students to help them develop effective communication skills, support their academic progress, and foster social-emotional growth. Your expertise will be key to creating individualized therapy plans and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators.

Role Overview
Deliver speech and language services to students as part of their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conduct screenings and evaluations, and collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.

Minimum Requirements
Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Holds a degree from an accredited school of Speech-Language Pathology
  • Holds current licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of assignment
  • One year of prior professional Speech Language Pathology experience preferred, ideally in an educational setting
  • Current CPR certification, if required by school district or contract
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray as required
  • Current health certificate according to state or school district regulations
  • Meets all applicable federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
